S&S Global

Operating in the Miami real estate market for over 15 years, S&S Global were well established with great potential. Like many small businesses, they required an efficient allocation of spend to scale their business.

We were able to understand their business model, dissect their current online presence, and piece together a sustainable strategy that would grow monthly recurring revenue. This was ultimately delivered through several Google Ads campaigns to penetrate the rental and sales markets in Miami real estate.

  • To enable a successful Google Ads campaign, it was important to set the foundations. We completely revamped the website, studied the market intensely and identified the areas we could successfully allocate marketing spend for sufficient return.

  • Efficient and resourceful allocation of marketing spend was the agreed priority. We were able to launch a Google Ads campaign for rental properties in the Miami area. The objective was simple. Significantly increase quality leads and inquiries for long term rentals.

  • The first month of the campaign had total spend under $1,000, excluding handling fees. This resulted in 65 inquiries, with 8 of these submitting offers, and increasing monthly revenue by over $9,000.

Our sole focus is results. This can mean different things to differnt clients. For S&S Global, this was purely return on ad spend. While it remains a very common goal, it was important to share the roadmap to achieving this with the client.

  • Avg CPC - $1.01 (Industry average $2.10)

    Direct result of tight keyword control.

  • CTR of 9.95% again above industry average of 9.20%. This measures how well we capture the viewers of our ad and essentially ‘click’ when they see it.

  • The quality of leads is dependent on the data you allow Google to interpret. Careful analysis of leads and campaign inputs allows for greater quality of leads and ultimately relevant traffic. S&S Global were able to close 8 clients from these leads which is a health conversation ratio and an extremely strong return on ad spend.
